Union Grove, WI, September 2008: The Assisted Rescue Kit is a mobile, lightweight kit designed to be applicable on multiple structures and only one anchor point is needed to secure the system. This kit will enable just one person to perform a rescue successfully in minutes.

The system is based upon three basic steps: (1) Access victim (2) Raise and transfer the victim load (3) Lower him easily to the ground

Innovative components include a telescopic pole used to reach remote victims and the rope rider controlled descent device equipped with an automatic brake to stop.

Length of the kit is dependent on potential rescue needs. The Assisted Rescue Kit is available in 100 ft., 200 ft. or 300 ft. of line.

Standards:
All components of the Assisted Rescue Kit meet or exceed applicable OSHA and ANSI Standards. Training on the Assisted Rescue Kit is mandatory. In each class, a variety of field applications and scenarios are included to reinforce the proper use of tools and systems components employed in a fall protection rescue operation.
